Bourbon Smoked Vanilla Sugar is a raw sugar smoked with repurposed bourbon barrel staves and packed with Madagascar vanilla. The vanilla beans enhance the molasses flavors of the sugar with the richness of the vanilla. It's great as a finishing sugar for baking, candies, ice cream, coffee, tea and cocktails.
