From the lush hills of Vereda Imperial in Supatá, Cundinamarca at 1670 MASL, this washed Yellow Bourbon lot comes from our family farm, Finca Bugambilias, lovingly cultivated by producer Juan Gonzalez. Roasted to a balanced medium roast profile, this version highlights deeper sweetness and a rounder, more caramelized structure while honoring the varietal’s natural clarity.
A warm, comforting cup where tart-sweet gooseberry meets the rich sweetness of caramel brittle and brown sugar. The medium roast reveals a layered character, with sweet and fruity tones.
